Villa Bora is a House of recent construction located in Vista Alegre, one of the most exclusive residential areas of Ibiza, which is located between Es Cubells and Porroig.
The architectural style of the House is modern and minimalist, clearly dominated by straight lines and the large windows that provide plenty of natural light as well as a great sense of spatiality housing.
The House has 275 m2 on a plot of 620 m2, which is located on the edge of a cliff, with breathtaking views towards: Porroig, Salinas and Formentera.
Villa Bora has 3 double rooms distributed as follows:
On the ground floor are 2 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, lounge, terraces, barbecue and swimming pool.
On the floor above is 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen and a large terrace.
As for the style of furniture, we have a modern and minimalist style that blends beautifully white and black with wood ornaments and elements as well as some metal furniture.
On the outside of the House, around the pool, we have several lounge chairs that invite us to relax enjoying spectacular views of the sea. It also has a fantastic outdoor kitchen where the Cook for those wonderful summer dinners.
Just below the pool we have a gorgeous sofa outside with capacity for 6 people and surrounded by plants, paintings and sculptures that create a truly relaxing and Heavenly atmosphere.
On the terrace of the main room we have a jacuzzi where you can enjoy some of the best views in the House.
